At Wasabi Crop Ltd., we take pride in providing our customers with the highest quality wasabi products. Our refund policy is designed to ensure that our customers feel confident and satisfied with their purchases.
1. General Policy
- Eligibility for Refund: Customers are eligible for a refund or exchange if the wasabi product received is not as described, is damaged, or exhibits significant quality issues upon arrival.
- Time Frame: Claims for refunds or exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt of the product.
- Condition of Product: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition received, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
2. Refunds
- Processing: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it and notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within a certain number of days.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is granted, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
3. Exchanges
- Defective or Damaged Products: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [shop@wasabicrop.co.uk] and send your item to our return address.
- Availability: Exchange is subject to the availability of the wasabi product. In case the product is no longer available, we may offer a similar product of equal or greater value or process a refund.
